▋PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

All-graphite petroleum coke is calcined petroleum coke as raw material, calcined petroleum coke is placed in graphitization furnace,
after 2500℃-3000°C high temperature graphitization, graphitization is complete, fixed carbon is high, impurity gas con-tent is low,
rapid dissolution, high absorption rate, physical and chemical reaction and remove sulphur, ash and other impurities after the product,
is the first choice for casting, steelmaking carburization.

▋PRODUCTION PROCESS

The production process of High Quality Graphite Petroleum Coke is to reduce the impurities in the low carburizing agent
at a high temperature of 2500℃-3000℃, so as to improve the carbon content and reduce the sulfur content ≤0.05%

widely used in industry and casting industry, and plays a great role in metallurgy and casting.
It can greatly reduce the production cost of enterprises and reduce the dosage of carburizing agent.
All-graphite petroleum coke(GPC) are suitable for high-end applications with extremely high requirements for the purity and
performance of castings/molten steel, and are key raw materials for precision casting and special steel smelting.
1. High-end ductile iron / vermicular graphite cast iron

Ductile iron: Suitable for high-stress, high-wear-resistant castings such as high-speed rail brake pads, automotive engine crankshafts,
and wind power flanges.
The low-nitrogen properties of the all-graphite petroleum coke prevent nitrogen porosity in castings, and its high absorption rate allows
for precise control of the carbon equivalent in molten iron, ensuring a graphite spheroidization rate ≥95%.

Compacted (Vermicular) graphite cast iron: Suitable for heat-resistant, fatigue-resistant castings such as engine cylinder heads and
exhaust pipes.
Its stable reactivity promotes the formation of vermicular graphite, improving the thermal conductivity and
resistance to hot cracking of castings.
2. Carburization in the smelting of special steel/alloy steel
In the smelting of special steels such as stainless steel, bearing steel, gear steel, and die steel, all-graphite petroleum coke
are the only directly usable recarburizing raw materials.

Reasons for suitability: Extremely low sulfur, phosphorus, and nitrogen impurities prevent contamination of molten steel;
high conductivity accelerates steel heating, improving smelting efficiency; high absorption rate avoids carbon waste and
allows for precise control of steel composition.
Typical applications: High-strength alloy steel for aerospace applications, bearing steel for precision bearings, and
die steel for high-speed cutting.
3. Precision casting

In precision casting of turbine blades, aero-engine components, and medical device parts, all-graphite petroleum coke are
used to adjust the carbon content of the wax pattern melt shell or as a carburizing raw material for smelting master alloys
to ensure the dimensional accuracy and mechanical properties of the castings.
4. Lithium-ion battery anode material raw materials
Ultra-high purity all-graphite petroleum coke, after being crushed, purified, and coated, can be used to produce lithium battery
anode materials. Their high conductivity can improve the battery's charge and discharge efficiency and cycle life.

5. Other high-end fields
Nuclear industry: Used in the production of graphite moderators for nuclear reactors, requiring extremely low impurity content
to avoid radioactive contamination.
Electronics industry: Used as a raw material for graphite heat sinks and conductive electrodes, suitable for the manufacture of chips
