On the basis of the original quality inspection department, Dadi New Material Technology Co., Ltd. has estab-lished an enterprise-level product development quality inspection and testing center integrating technology, research and development, and testing, equipped with a number of high-precision testing equipment in carbon industry,including multi-function resistance tester, automatic sulfur analyzer, high-precision balance, muffle furnace, electric heating blower drying box, electric constant temperature water bath, etc.These devices can comprehensively detect the resistivity, sulfur content, moisture, ash, volatile content and other important prod-uct index parameters of carbon products.In terms of product quality control, we strictly follow the ISO90001 certification standard to ensure the effective implementation of the product quality management system.
▶ Multi-function resistance tester
The instrument has obtained a number of national invention patents, mainly used to measure the resistivity of carbon products such as calcined petroleum coke and all-graphite petroleum coke. The device consists of two parts: mechanical pressurization and elec-tronic measurement.In the mechanical pressurization part, the pressure sensor is used to rotate and pressurize with a horizontal wheel jack, and a special spring is installed to maintain the pressure, and a single-chip microcomputer is used in the electronic mea-surement part, and special software is designed so that the measured results can be displayed intuitively and can be directly printed to achieve automatic measurement.
▶ Automatic sulfur analyzer
It is mainly used for the determination of total sulfur content of carbon products such as calcined petroleum coke, all-graphite petro-leum coke, semi-graphite petroleum coke and so on. The instrument has high automation program, after manual weighing and lofting operation, the instrument automatically sends samples, automatically starts the test, can be automatically and continuously batched, can dynamically increase samples at any time, adjust the sample sequence, improve test efficiency, support multiple single sulfur or diverse sulfur, horizontal automatic sulfur or vertical automatic sulfur together use a microcomputer and share an operation interface.
▶ High-precision balance
It is mainly used for weighing calcined petroleum coke, all-graphite petroleum coke, semi-graphite petroleum coke and so on.Carbon products require very high precision and quality, so they need to be weighed with high-precision balances. These balances have very high resolution and precision. With weighing ranges from 0.01mg to 10kg, it can meet a variety of high-precision weighing needs in the manufacture of carbon products.
▶ Muffle furnace
It is mainly used for the measurement of ash and volatile content of calcined petroleum coke, all-graphite petroleum coke, semi-graph-ite petroleum coke and so on.The ash and volatile content of carbon products are two key indicators of the quality of carbon products, and the ash and volatiles are analyzed by controlling the sample heating process. Using advanced coating and heater technology, it heats samples quickly and uniformly and accurately tests for ash and volatiles. The test process is fully automated, with high data ac-curacy and reliability, as well as a good operation interface and practical functions.
